Sanctuary of Hope engages in faith-filled retreats that include providing a place for persons to come so that they have access to peace and solitude. Here they can sort out their lives, get in touch with who they are, and get to know God. The staff is available to listen, provide support, guidance and referral services while allowing the person an opportunity to engage in the scriptures, meditation, expressive arts, skills development and personal enrichment interactions.

Several prayer groups meet at Sanctuary of Hope. All are welcome to join the staff in prayer on Tuesdays at 10am; HIV/AIDS Group on the second Wednesdays at 7pm, every other month; Recovery + Group on the fourth Tuesdays at 7:30pm, a Centering Prayer Group that meets every Wednesday at 7:00pm. It is our hope that those who come to Sanctuary of Hope will return to their community capable of being more active, more positive participants in their environment.
